Karen Dobner will be representing the To the Maximus Foundation in testimony to the Illinois General Assembly House Appropriations-Human Services Committee regarding the Illinois Department of Public Health’s appropriations for the Illinois Poison Center. The Foundation is advocating for funding to stay at last years levels. The IPC identified and tracked synthetic drug incidences to assist law enforcement in their efforts thereby reducing synthetic drug calls to IPC from 30% over to 60% under the national average.
